Our house with its comfortable apartments is situated on a small hill, about 1,5 km away from the center of Saalbach.
The next ski bus station is about 5 minutes away from our house if you walk and it is situated at the Glemmtalerlandesstraße.
The nearest ski-lift station in the center is called “Schattberg X-Press”.
It is possible to leave your ski equipment at a ski-depot at Schattberg X-Press. For further information visit

Smoking is prohibited throughout our apartment building and pets are not permitted!
Service:
- If you arrive by car, we offer you free parking lots right in front of our house
– but please note that the parking lot is small and there is only ONE parking lot per apartment available!
- We recommend that our guests also bring non-skid chains to Saalbach.
- We offer you a small heated ski room with an electric boot dryer.
- Towels and sheets are included in the price.
